It was a fairly quiet weekend of boxing but The Ring's ratings panel have convened to shake up the pound-for-pound top 10.
There are also changes in three divisions, including light heavyweight and featherweight.
Regarding the in-ring action, Cristobal Lorente kicked things off on Friday by winning a split decision over Nathaniel Collins to secure a mandatory shot at WBC featherweight champion Bruce Carrington.
On Saturday night, Ben Whittaker returned, knocking out Braian Suarez in a single round to stake his claim as one of the 175-pound division's hottest up-and-coming stars.

Tom Gray: "Beterbiev out. I'm for Navarrete, too. He's earned it."
Abraham Gonzalez: "Although I’m good with Navarrete coming in, I’m still sticking with Fundora for my pick, which I understand will be in the minority for P4P. I think the Tszyu and Lubin wins, along with how he broke down Keith Thurman, have been impressive. But I do get why most will lean towards Navarrete."
Daisuke Sugiura: "Pound-for-pound is tricky. I do have some concerns about Navarrete’s inconsistency — especially the Suarez fight, which he could easily have lost (if that cut was caused by Suarez’s punch, it really should’ve been a loss, which would make him 2–2 in his last four). That said, his performance against Nunez last time out was excellent, a PFP worthy and there aren’t many fighters I feel strongly about over him. I’d be good with Fundora as well, or Navarrete — either works for me."
Droeks Malan: "I like Navarette to enter the pound for pound mix."
