2. SCOPE & YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US
This Privacy Policy applies when you interact with us as:
a Visitor - you browse or access the Services without logging into an account;
a Registered User - you create or log into an account (for example, to access subscription content, the Ring archive, fantasy/prediction competition / games, or community features). Note: where you participate in a fantasy or prediction competition / game, your participation will also be governed by the applicable fantasy game rules or terms presented to you in-product or at the point of entry (“Fantasy Game Rules”). If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Fantasy Game Rules, the Fantasy Game Rules will prevail in relation to that competition / game;
a Customer - you purchase products from our online store (including Ring-branded or co-branded merchandise);
a Participant - you enter prize draws, giveaways, competitions or promotions;
a Community User - you post comments, participate in forums or other community features;
a Betting Content Visitor - you view betting-related content on the Services or click through to third-party betting operators.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, apps or services operated by third parties (for example, betting operators, ticketing providers, payment providers, social networks, or third-party merchandise sellers), even if you access them via links or integrations within our Services. Their own privacy and cookie policies will apply.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
“Personal information” means any information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.

Card and other payment details are usually processed directly by our third-party payment providers. We do not currently store full card numbers or security codes on our systems; however, we reserve the right to store limited payment details in the future where strictly necessary (for example, to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, or support fraud-prevention), in which case appropriate security measures will apply.

3.2 Information we collect automatically

In general: Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless we need to keep it longer or you request deletion (subject to legal obligations). Order and transaction data (including store orders and prize fulfilment records) is retained for the period required by applicable law for accounting, tax and record-keeping. Community content may remain visible unless you delete it (subject to technical and legal limits). Cookie-related data is kept for the durations shown in our Cookie Policy or cookie settings, or until you clear or reset cookies.
We may retain anonymised or aggregated information (which does not identify you) for longer.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you are located and subject to local law, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal information:

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as set out in our Terms of Use.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.
17. TRANSLATION
If this Privacy Policy is translated or made available in any language other than English, the English-language version will prevail and govern to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any translated version is provided solely for convenience and does not modify the interpretation of the English-language version. Where applicable law does not allow the English-language version to prevail, the translated text will be interpreted so as to reflect, as closely as possible, the meaning and intent of the English-language version.
