The German company, helmed by businessman Ingo Volkmann, will return for a second show at Hotel Melia International in Varadero on November 29.
Cuban standouts Erislandy Alvarez and Lazaro Alvarez, plus world-rated Moussa Gholam, will appear.
Erislandy Alvarez (5-0, 2 KOs), who won gold at the 2024 Olympics, will face Rogelio Jimenez (14-2-1, 9 KOs) in a scheduled 10-round junior welterweight contest.
His compatriot, three-time Olympic bronze medalist Lazaro Alvarez (9-0, 5 KOs), takes on Raul Hernandez (15-3-2, 9 KOs) at lightweight.
Meanwhile, Gholam (24-1, 15 KOs) will meet Nicolas Botelli (20-9, 11 KOs) in a 10-round junior lightweight bout.
"Following the great success last time, we want to continue promoting Cuban boxing," Ingo Volkmann told The Ring.
"It’s going to be another fantastic event, and everyone is preparing for what's still to come. We've already held an eliminator there, and now we hope that our Cuban boxers will soon have the opportunity to fight for a world title. We're excited to return to the same place and put on another strong event."
Junior middleweight Yusnier Ruiz (1-0, 1 KO) will return after making his debut in September and German novice Malek Semmo (2-0, 2 KOs) will fight a six-rounder against Julio Perez (2-0, 1 KO) at middleweight.
Also tabbed to appear is a raft of Cuban amateurs making their debuts, including cruiserweight Nelson Williams, who appeared at the World Championships earlier this year. Light heavyweight Keylor Garcia, who won the national title earlier this year, featherweight Olympian Saidel Horta and flyweight Alejandro Claro, a two-time World Championship bronze medalist and 2024 Olympic quarterfinalist, also will appear.
