Alvarez has been out of the spotlight since losing his Ring and undisputed super middleweight titles to Terence Crawford last September. It was announced in January, however, that the Mexican four-division champion would return to the ring exactly a year later on September 12 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

To talk about his future, his defeat by Crawford, a potential rematch with "Bud," as well as his legendary career, Alvarez sat down with The Ring's CEO Rick Reeno for an exclusive interview.
