Charlie Edwards will face Sikho Nqothole on May 29, with the winner of the IBF junior bantamweight eliminator becoming the mandatory challenger for the winner of Willibaldo Garcia vs. Andrew Moloney that takes place eight days later.
The bout will take place at York Hall in London on DAZN.
Edwards (21-2, 7 KOs), a 33-year-old former flyweight titlist, lost to Andrew Cain (SD 12) in March 2025 in an ugly fight and relocated to junior bantamweight where he returned with a win.
Nqothole (21-3, 13 KOs) is on a three-fight win streak.
