Eddie Hearn has his schedule of shows set through June, and then some.
As he begins carefully planning for the second half of the year, Matchroom Boxing’s boss has revealed the dream list of fights he’s looking to make for the rest of 2026.
- Anthony Joshua vs. Tyson Fury
- Naoya Inoue vs. Jesse Rodriguez
- Dmitry Bivol vs. David Benavidez or Callum Smith
- Josh Kelly vs. Conor Benn or Sebastian Fundora
- Raymond Ford title unification fight at 130 pounds if he beats O'Shaquie Foster on May 30
- Dalton Smith title unification fight at 140 pounds if he beats Alberto Puello once the fight is rescheduled
- Katie Taylor's potential retirement fight at Croke Park in Dublin
- A big domestic bout for Ben Whittaker
“Joshua-Fury is unequivocally the biggest fight in British boxing history. The size and magnitude of this fight, the numbers the fight will generate, it will be one of the biggest fights of all time,” Hearn told The Stomping Ground.
“I think Rodriguez-Inoue is the best fight in boxing. It's an incredible fight. It's No. 1 and No. 2 pound-for-pound fighting each other.
“Turki Alalshikh has told me he wants to make the Bam-Inoue fight. We are ready. I said, ‘Let's do it.’ Let's start talking about numbers and get it locked in, but Bam has to win first on June 13 against Antonio Vargas. I know he's favored, but it's not going to be easy.”
