London will make history in April as it hosts Ring Magazine’s first-ever boxing card titled ‘FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves’, in association with Matchroom and Boxxer, headlined by the long-awaited grudge fight between huge rivals Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn in a middleweight clash at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday April 26.
The fight night is part of a unique collaboration between Ring Magazine and SNK Games, creators of the beloved FATAL FURY gaming series with the franchise set to return for the first time in 26 years with a new instalment that the April card is named after - ‘FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves’.
The two British fighters will go head-to-head 35 years after their legendary boxing fathers Chris Eubank Snr and Nigel Benn slugged it out during two ferocious battles for the World Middleweight and Super-Middleweight titles in the 1990s, with the family rivalry considered one of the most iconic in boxing.
Fans who pre-order ‘FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves’ will get priority access to tickets to be able to experience the latest chapter in the Eubank-Benn story for themselves at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The game, available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, is scheduled for an April 24th release, with those who pre-order enjoying early access on April 21st
The headline Eubank Jr v Benn fight is part of an exciting card which also includes light heavyweights Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur embarking on a trilogy fight after Yarde avenged his twelve round decision defeat to Yarde in 2020 with a four-round knockout a year later.
Former world champion Liam Smith returns to action against unbeaten rising star Aaron McKenna, while former cruiserweight world champion Chris Billam-Smith will take on Brandon Glanton, on a streak of three wins by knockout.
In another cruiserweight battle, undefeated Viddal Riley will do battle with Cheavon Clarke, seeking to recover from his first career defeat in December.
