The exhibition bout between Floyd Mayweather and Mike Zambidis now has a broadcast home.
DAZN will steam the bout, which takes place on June 27 in Athens, Greece. The exhibition would likely be one of, if not the final tune-up bout for Mayweather before a potential rematch against Manny Pacquiao on Netflix in September.
Mayweather (50-0, 27 KOs) has fought in numerous exhibition bouts since retiring after he stopped former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor in 2017. "Money" was last in the ring in August 2024, when he went the eight-round distance with MMA fighter John Gotti III in an exhibition.
The 49-year-old from Grand Rapids, Michigan, was a five-division world champion and was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2021.
Zambidis, a 45-year-old from Porto Rafti, Greece, was 157-24 as a kickboxer. He won the lone pro boxing match in his career by unanimous decision in 2019.
