Eddie Hearn, promoter for undisputed junior welterweight champion Katie Taylor, is very interested in making a third fight with Amanda Serrano - and having Croke Park host the contest.

Taylor has dreamed of fighting at Croke Park for years. The venue, based in Dublin, has a capacity of 82,000.

To make the Croke Park scenario a reality, Hearn would need to reach an agreement with the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA).

Taylor and Serrano met for a second time last November, as the co-featured bout to the heavyweight clash between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson.

In a sensational contest, Taylor won a very close ten round unanimous decision. The first time around, in 2022, Taylor won a very tough ten round split decision. There are many critics who believe Serrano should have been the victor in both contests.

Because their bouts were action-packed, and because there is heavy debate over the outcomes, there is a real demand to see them collide for a third time.

Despite their personal feud, Hearn has no problem in sitting down with Jake Paul, promoter of Serrano, to work out the details for a trilogy clash.

"There's a lot of money in that fight now. More money than ever before," Hearn told BBC Sport NI. "And we know we're not going to harp on about the cost of Croke Park. It is what it is.

"People always say, would you really do 70,000 or 80,000? I've always believed yes. Without a doubt. Serrano and Taylor could fight 10 times. Every one would be a fight of the year. So maybe Mr Paul will get on a plane, come and see the Croke Park boys with me. I really want to deliver it for her. She's just the most incredible, incredible individual. Probably the greatest sportsperson I've ever worked with."
