Up-and-coming fighters Manny Pacquiao Jr. and Curmel Moton have each secured their respective opponents for their scheduled fights on February 28 at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York.
Pacquiao Jr. (0-0-1) will look to land his first win as a professional when he takes on Santana Figueroa (0-2) in a four-round lightweight fight as part of a show promoted by his legendary father. The second-generation boxer made his pro debut in November with much fanfare but settled for a majority against fellow debutant Brendan Lally.
Moton (8-0, 6 KOs), meanwhile, is set to take on Wilfredo Flores (12-6-1, 5 KOs) in a 10-round welterweight bout. The 19-year-old Moton is a wildly popular prospect and a Floyd Mayweather-protege who’s been touted as a “generational talent.”
Pacquiao and Moton will serve as supporting attractions for the main event between featherweights Elijah Pierce (21-2, 17 KOs) and Lorenzo Parra (23-1-1, 17 KOs) on Prime Video.
