In the first-ever live boxing match from Times Square, Rolly Romero dropped hard-hitting Ryan Garcia on his way to an upset, plus boxing superstars Devin Haney and Teofimo Lopez scored decision victories, co-headlining The Ring Magazine’s historic inaugural boxing event in the United States, titled “FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves,” Friday night on DAZN PPV.
Topping the bill, the former 140-pound world champion Rolly Romero rode a second-round knockdown to a unanimous decision victory over hard-hitting superstar Ryan Garcia to capture the WBA Welterweight Title after 12 rounds. Romero captured the belt by scores of 118-109 and 115-112 twice.
