Tszyu, who had to deal with a vicious cut, lost a twelve round split decision Fundora in March of last year.
Fundora vs. Tszyu II will be the co-featured clash to the ring return of right division world champion Manny Pacquiao, who challenges WBC welterweight king Mario Barrios.
