With the 37-year-old snatching Jazza Dickens’ WBA title at 3Arena Dublin via unanimous decision this past weekend, he has to be viewed as one of the best 130-pounders around. But does that championship victory warrant having Cacace (25-1, 9 KOs) at the top of the food chain?
