Britain’s Dubois had it all her own way, coasting to a unanimous decision win with scores of 99-90, 99-90, 98-91. Her win at bp pulse LIVE was the co-feature before Mikaela Mayer’s unified junior middleweight title clash with Chantelle Cameron.

It was a fast start for the heavily favored Dubois (14-0-1, 5 KOs), who recently left London-based trainer Shane McGuigan to join Manny Robles in California. The champion, ranked No. 10 on The Ring’s women’s pound-for-pound list, peppered Moore (4-1, 1 KO) with jabs to the head and straight lefts to the body in the first round, asserting early dominance.

In the second, Dubois landed two big shots. The first was a straight left to Moore’s head and the second was a counter right-hook, which landed right on her opponent’s left temple.

Dubois went back to the body with rights and lefts, but Connecticut's Moore stood strong and attempted counters of her own, connecting only with grazing effect.

More dominance came in the fourth round, but a breakthrough for Dubois came in the fifth, as she knocked Moore down with what looked like a straight left hand. Moore contested she was knocked off balance by a head clash, but the 10-8 round was given, despite replays proving her correct.

The sixth round brought more one-way traffic toward Moore, who looked desperate in chasing Dubois around the ring to land something significant. Robles noted Moore's eagerness to his new charge, pleading with her to step back and land the counter right as the visitor rushed in.

The next two rounds were punishing for Moore, who shipped two particularly hard left hands to the face in the eighth stanza. Blood began to pour from Moore's nose and her cheeks reddened with every connect from Dubois.

Dubois returned downstairs in the ninth. Just when it looked like Moore had begun to defend her midriff well enough, the Londoner would resort back to stiff jabs up top.

Movement was the name of the game for Dubois in the final round, who pivoted around Moore’s attack brilliantly before landing a stiff one-two in the opening seconds of the round.

Safe in the knowledge that victory No. 14 was hers, Dubois kept things clean and tight to reach the finish line, potentially setting up a huge 135-pound clash with Alycia Baumgardner in 2027.

Immediately after her victory, Dubois got herself in between the top two ropes and jawed off at Baumgardner, who was sitting ringside.

“You gotta tighten up,” Baumgardner told Dubois. “Stop asking trainers how you gonna beat me – you won't beat me. I’m the top dog.”

Dubois retorted, “You're moving up to my division. I’m the best in this division. What happened to fighting Katie Taylor, fighting Amanda Serrano?”

England’s Terri Harper (17-3-2, 7 KOs) rebounded from the former WBO lightweight champion’s defeat to Dubois in April by knocking out Miranda Reyes in just two rounds.

Houston’s Reyes (9-4-1, 3 KOs) came out of the blocks fast in the opening round but Harper managed to tame her with jabs and movement.

In the second, as Reyes pressed forward once again, Harper countered with a left hook against the ropes, knocking her opponent to the ground.

Reyes got up but Harper went straight on the attack and knocked the American down again with a flurry of shots referee Kevin Parker deemed too damaging for the bout to continue.
