O'Shaquie Foster knocked down Emanuel Navarrete twice on Saturday night and beat him by unanimous decision to collect more crowns in the junior lightweight division.
Foster (26-3, 12 KOs) came in with the WBC belt and left with the vacant Ring title and the IBF and WBO belts previously held by Navarrete (40-3-1, 33 KOs).
In the immediate aftermath of the encounter, the conversation shifted to what's next for "Ice Water." The last remaining champion in the 130-pound division is WBA titleholder Anthony Cacace, who's scheduled to defend his belt against Nick Ball on December 19.
The obvious answer is for Foster to face the winner of Cacace-Ball for the undisputed title in the division, as well as WBO mandatory challenger Charly Suarez for his next fight. But what high-profile match should Foster pursue in the future?.
Who would be most intriguing matchup for Foster?
