The show will be presented by Premier Boxing Champions and TGB Promotions. The main event will featured heavily favored WBC 154-pound champion Sebastian Fundora (24-1-1, 16 KOs), who will attempt to defend his title for the fourth time against unbeaten Albanian Ermal Hadribeaj (23-0-1, 8 KOs), who is his mandatory challenger.

Fundora impressively stopped former WBA/WBC welterweight champ Keith Thurman in his last fight March 28 in Las Vegas. Hadribeaj solidified his WBC position to challenge Fundora over Vergil Ortiz Jr., the WBC interim super welterweight champ, by besting Bakary Samake via unanimous decision May 23 in Oberhausen, Germany.

In the co-feature October 17, Brandon Figueroa (27-2-1, 20 KOs) aims to defend his WBA featherweight title for the first time since he upset Nick Ball by 12th-round technical knockout six months ago against Japanese contender Tomoki Kameda (42-5, 23 KOs). Kameda last fought in May 2025 in Osaka, where he suffered a majority-decision defeat against IBF 126-pound champion Angelo Leo.

Setting up the title fights will be the rescheduled 10-round super middleweight bout between former two-division titleholder Jermall Charlo (34-0, 23 KOs) and Koen Mazoudier (16-4-1, 6 KOs).

Houston’s Charlo and Australia’s Mazoudier were supposed to square off July 26 on the Tim Tszyu-Errol Spence undercard in Sydney, but Charlo had visa issues that prohibited him from entering the country to face the huge underdog on his home soil.

Charlo last fought in May 2025, when he stopped Thomas LaManna in the sixth round in Las Vegas. Mazoudier boxed Wednesday, when he defeated Sam Beck (8-2, 5 KOs) by majority decision in a 10-rounder in Broadbeach, Australia.
