Troy Isley has a new promotional home.
The 2020 U.S. Olympian and undefeated middleweight contender has signed with Salita Promotions, Dmitry Salita confirmed to The Ring on Thursday. Salita Promotions will also partner with Wynn Records, which will work to build Isley’s brand outside of boxing, as it has done with Claressa Shields.
Isley is The Ring’s No. 4-ranked middleweight. He’s also ranked No. 7 by the WBC and No. 11 by the WBO.
“The middleweight division is wide open,” Salita told The Ring. “Troy Isley had a very solid amateur career, being a U.S. Olympian, and showed promise as a professional. I believe he’s a hot American contender, and we’ll look to position him for a shot at a middleweight world title.”
Isley (15-0, 5 KOs) was promoted by Top Rank for the first four years of his career after turning pro in 2021. The 27-year-old Washington, D.C., native was released by the promotional company in December.
He last fought on June 7, defeating Etoundi Michel William by unanimous decision in a 10-round bout in defense of his secondary WBO title.
